Venue: Hotel Steigenberger Conti Hansa, Schlossgarten 7, 24103 Kiel, Germany


The registration fee for this two-day conference is 630,-€ plus VAT. Upon receipt of your registration, you will receive a confirmation of registration and an invoice, which is due immediately.

Important notice: In case a separate order (SAP etc.) will be sent afterwards, please state this.


The participation fee includes:
- Accomodation and breakfast for 2 nights at the conference hotel (22 - 24 June 2026)
- Catering during the entire conference program
- Documentation of the technical presentations


For cancellations received later than 2 weeks before the event date, we will charge the full participation fee. For cancellations received before this date, a handling fee of 100,- € incl. VAT will be charged. Substitute participants can be named.


Registration deadline: May 15th 2026
Please note that the number of participants is limited - due to the capacity of the conference rooms. Your registration becomes effective upon receipt of the registration fee.


Photos taken during the event:

We will be taking photos and films during the BEST Users Conference. The photos and films will be published for the documentation of the event and presentation of our activities on the website, in social media channels as well as in print media. Furthermore, it will be distributed to the participants of the conference.
